The App may process the following information on your device:

• Markdown text and other text content that you create, open, edit, or save in the App
• File names and file locations for documents that you choose through Android's system file picker
• App preferences stored locally on your device, such as selected theme and view font
• Billing-related purchase state needed to unlock the premium theme pack through Google Play Billing

This information is processed locally on your device so the App can open files, display content, and remember your preferences.

Based on the current implementation, the App does not:

• require account registration
• collect analytics data
• use advertising SDKs
• use crash reporting services
• collect location data
• collect contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data
• transmit your files or text content to the developer's servers

The App includes Google Play Billing for the premium theme pack. Because of this integration, the App may include Android network-related permissions such as INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE that are required for billing and purchase validation flows. These permissions are not used to upload your documents or text content to the developer's servers.

The App uses Android's Storage Access Framework and system file picker so you can open and save documents that you choose yourself.

The App only accesses files or folders that you explicitly select through Android system dialogs or share to the App using supported Android intents. The App does not request broad file-system access.

The App stores a limited amount of information locally on your device, including app preferences such as theme and font selection. Your document content is saved only to locations you choose.

If you save files to third-party storage providers available on your device, such as cloud storage apps integrated with Android's file picker, those providers handle your data under their own privacy policies.

The developer does not receive your document content, filenames, or app preferences through the App's current offline functionality.

The App may interact with Android system components and document providers solely to open or save files that you select. Those interactions are governed by Android and the relevant provider's policies.

If you choose to purchase or restore the premium theme pack, the billing flow is handled through Google Play and may involve Google processing transaction-related information under Google's own policies. The developer does not receive your document content as part of that billing flow.

Data stored by the App remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App's data, uninstall the App, or replace it through your own actions.

Documents you save remain in the storage location you selected until you remove them.

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because the App is designed to work locally on your device and does not send your content to the developer's servers, the security of your information primarily depends on your device security, the storage provider you choose, and how you manage your files. Billing-related network communication, when used, is handled through the Google Play Billing infrastructure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If the App's data practices change, the policy should be updated before or when those changes are released.
